BetterBond, South Africaโs leading bond originator, is the finance partner for Elora. With access to all major banks and a track record of securing home loans efficiently, they make the bond application process seamless.
Bond repayments begin once the property is registered in your name, which takes place after construction is completed and the transfer process is finalised.
Bond registration costs are payable at the time of bond registration, once the development is complete and transfer begins.
There are no hidden costs. All prices are VAT-inclusive, meaning no transfer duty applies. However, purchasers should plan for:
- Transfer and bond registration fees (where applicable)
- Occupational interest between Occupation and Transfer
- Municipal rates, taxes, and Body Corporate levies post-transfer
Yes - Elora is pet-friendly, subject to Body Corporate approval.
